Hi, I'm Chad LeRiger, Franchise Advisor at Franchise Sidekick. Before joining Sidekick, I earned my bachelor's in Business (Accounting) and MBA. I also served in the military, and that experience enabled me to finance my first franchise. Post-military, I used deployment funds to become a successful multi-unit franchisee for 8 years. My journey involved hands-on efforts, from launching businesses to successfully selling them for a substantial multiple. Recently, I've dedicated 8 years to the corporate realm as a professional headhunter for a $6 Billion international consulting firm. I've been recognized with various national awards and credited with breaking office growth records that stood strong for over 40 years.

What do you love about franchising?
Being part of a larger network and leveraging the franchisor's expertise helps so much in overcoming the risks and challenges of starting/ operating a business.
What do you love about working with clients?
I have the opportunity to experience and follow my client’s journey closely. While I have my own plan to launch additional businesses, I enjoy discovering each day what motivates others and what their ultimate goals are. Selfishly, I get to live vicariously through them and I love it!
Tell us a little about yourself!
My entrepreneurial background started when I was nine years old and my dad purchased the first VCR on our block. I was a theatre owner over night, charging my friends $.10 or whatever candy they had on them. I can still remember the two first movies shown, Top Gun and Fievel Goes West. My parents shut the operations down a week later. Fast forward a bit, I am happily married, my wife is a Physician here in Omaha. We have two rambunctious boys and one perfect little girl. During our free time, we love our outdoor activities, which include fishing, hiking, camping, playing golf, coach youth sports; anything that doesn't involve a screen...
