Training Mate is a low impact 45-minute HIIT workout designed to help people become fitter, healthier and happier through the experience of fitness. And, in case the name didn’t give it away, we’re Aussie, which means we do things a little bit differently.

In our eyes, working out shouldn’t be a chore or something to dread. It should be something you look forward to. So, long story short, we make it fun.
